  • Willing to work hands-on hardware
  • Proven skills in process and equipment troubleshooting
  • Passion for employee development and training
  • Experience supporting process development
  • Experience supporting equipment maintenance
  • Knowledge of 5S, lean manufacturing or 6-Sigma principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely reliable, organized and detail-oriented
