JLL is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, who will provide expert support and consultation on employee relations matters while managing complex cases and engaging with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in employee relations, HR processes, and a strong understanding of German labor laws, along with fluency in both German and English

Job Summary

  • Provide expert support and advice to HR and business stakeholders on ER matters, including independent case processing and moderation of employee discussions.
  • Support change processes, restructuring, and reorganizations, including cross-border projects in cooperation with Legal & Compliance and international ER/HR employees.
  • Collaborate closely with the entire HR team on the accompaniment and implementation of all HR processes and initiatives in the DACH region.

Key Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of German labor and social security law
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in complex ER cases
  • Experience with Works Councils
  • Experience with HR Information Systems (Workday desirable)
