Job Summary

• Bridge Business and IT objectives, identify opportunities to enhance processes through technology, and help define and deliver capabilities across the organization.
• Collaborate with business partners, IT Business Leads, and architects to define and document user stories, current/to‑be business processes, and functional requirements.
• Besides working in an international environment, you will receive a regularly monthly bonus after your first six months, meal vouchers, a recreation allowance and retail discounts.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience with Salesforce and Service Field Operations
• Solid understanding of Agile methodology
• Knowledge of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and/or Project Management Methodology
• Ability to travel up to 10%
