Job Summary

  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Stewarding Department to ensure established cultural and core standards are met.
  • Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control.
