This role is responsible for assisting the Director of Spa & Retail with the day-to-day operations of the Four Seasons retail store.
You will manage the Retail Attendants including staffing, standards training, guest service delivery, retail promotions and events, problem resolution, payroll, and maintaining supplies and equipment.
