Job Summary
As the Chief Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the maintenance systems are running efficiently to ensure the safety of our clients and their properties.
You’ll respond to client requests, prioritize and complete work orders with assistance from a Building Engineer, and follow up to ensure minimal downtime.
You also know how to develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, vendors and department leaders.

Key Requirements
4+ years building/property maintenance or engineering experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
On-call flexibility for emergencies
Knowledge of current building operations and maintenance issues (NFPA 70E, OSHA 10, LEED, IAQ)
Valid driver’s license
Central Plant (including Chiller) experience required
