Job Summary

  • Partner closely with the Product, Operations and Compliance teams to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice throughout the product development lifecycle with a focus on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and user trust.
  • Drive Majority’s MSB state licensing strategy and implementation, including obtaining new licenses, managing existing licenses and reporting, and management of state exams and audits.
  • Advise on laws and regulations governing consumer financial products and services, including disclosure obligations and consumer protection standards, with a focus on cross-border payments, including remittances and stablecoin transfers.
