Job Summary

  • As an Engineering Manager, you will provide both technical and people leadership to a team responsible for the design, development, and continuous improvement of Ultra Class Large Mining Trucks (320T–410T).
  • This role sits at the center of product excellence—driving quality, improving engineering and factory processes, supporting manufacturing and software development, and delivering next-generation machine capabilities.
  • Lead and develop a team of 9 engineers across two locations, fostering a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
