You will oversee a diverse, international team and drive the successful delivery of engineering scopes on high-impact energy infrastructure High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) substation 1-2B$+ projects.

Lead engineering execution of large-scale EPC projects
Oversee diverse international team
Deliver engineering scopes on HVDC substation projects
Manage engineering activities for complex HVDC projects
Own end-to-end delivery of PDG scope of works
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams
Act as technical lead within the project
Establish and maintain effective communication with customers
Anticipate and manage risks
Ensure high standards of quality and compliance
Represent engineering in project governance
Support site teams during execution
Mentor and empower project engineers
Carry out regular and thorough reviews

Key Requirements
10+ years of experience as Project Engineering Manager or similar role
Minimum of 2 projects delivered, managing medium to large size projects
Engineering degree in Electrical, Power Systems, or related field
