Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • BSME or BSMET degree required
  • 2-4 years related engineering experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
  • Ability to read pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
  • Experience with Bills of Materials (BOM) creation

Nice-to-have

  • EIT (Mechanical) certification preferred
  • Project Management certificate a plus
  • Knowledge of lean product development practices
  • Familiarity with OSHA, CE, NFPA safety codes
  • Positive get-it-done attitude in production environment

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME/BSMET)
  • 2-4 years of experience in a related engineering field
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Preferred EIT (Mechanical) certification
  • Project Management experience or certificate
