Job Summary
The individual will be leading various digital and security projects and have primary responsibility for the delivery of studies from concept through to pilot.
Additionally, the candidate shall support the group’s overall sales effort through proposal/tender preparation, contract negotiation, and other client interfacing activities.
Lead and mentor technical teams in high-stakes, interdisciplinary environments and communicate complex technical concepts to defense and security stakeholders, policymakers, and non-technical audiences.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field
5–8 years of hands-on experience
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or CRT
Familiarity with AI security frameworks and standards
Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies
Strong knowledge of software development, system architecture, and network architecture
Familiarity with security testing methodologies
Proven track record in leading and mentoring technical teams
