Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant status
Administering treatments per care plan
Recording vital signs and intake/output
Assisting with mobility and transfers
Reporting changes in resident condition
Maintaining patient confidentiality

Creating warm and positive atmosphere
Participating in shift meetings for improvement

Experience with restorative procedures
Key Requirements
