Job Summary

  • This Business Unit Leader will be responsible for leading manufacturing, maintenance, projects, and base business engineering personnel within the Ethicon WCH manufacturing operations in Puerto Rico.
  • The main responsibility is to optimize supply chain performance, consistently meet customer expectations and manage the manufacturing operations and projects for Ethicon Wound Closure and Healing.
  • Develop and implement a talent strategy that ensures a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment and ensures development opportunities are provided for all employees.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 10 years of experience in Supply Chain
  • 2 years leadership in manufacturing, engineering, planning, distribution and/or quality
