  • The Venue Technology Supervisor serves as the frontline technology leader for venue operations, positioned between the Venue Technology Manager and Venue Technology Assistants.
  • This role is responsible for the day-to-day supervision, coordination, and quality of technical support delivered by Venue Technology Assistants while remaining hands-on with event operations.
  • The Supervisor ensures all customer-facing and back-of-house technology systems are operational, compliant, and supported before, during, and after events.
