Job Summary
Develop and execute the site's long-term engineering strategy, CAPEX planning, and major projects while managing the Electronic Maintenance system (HxGN EAM) and enforcing robust Management of Change processes.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team across Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines, coordinate external specialist contractors, and control maintenance budgets while maintaining the highest safety standards.
