PATH is seeking a temporary Associate Recruiter to support talent acquisition for the Asia, Middle East & Europe (AMEE) regions. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in strategic recruiting, with a focus on building strong relationships and utilizing innovative sourcing strategies

Job Summary

  • This role will partner closely with our HR Business Partners and Country Program Leaders to develop a long-term strategy to hire top talent, improve processes, develop, and implement creative pipeline strategy.
  • Responsibilities include developing comprehensive recruiting strategies, talent market research and talent pipelines, and building strong relationships with client teams.
