Job Summary
We’re looking for a technically strong, results-driven Application Engineer who takes ownership, drives projects forward, and turns technical challenges into customer success.
You will act as the key technical interface for OEM and Tier 1 customers in valve seat inserts, valve guides, and related engine components.
You will drive application projects from inquiry to customer approval and lead testing and validation activities while collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Testing.

Key Requirements
Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Manufacturing Engineering or similar
5+ years of experience in automotive application engineering
experience with automotive customer approval processes
