  • Provide L3 support by investigating, diagnosing, and resolving complex incidents and service requests across IIS/.NET, SQL Server, SharePoint, OpenText, and Dynamics.
  • Maintain operational stability by managing lower environments, coordinating releases, and performing regular application patching, upgrades, and security maintenance.
  • Automate and streamline operations using PowerShell for routine tasks, configuration checks, deployments, and runbooks.
