Job Summary

• As the Implementations Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our teams are equipped with the requirements, tools, and training needed to perform optimally in their day-to-day related to organizational initiatives.
• Establish and enable implementation best practices, and methodologies within the team and with internal partners to ensure consistent, efficient, ‘white glove’ execution that delivers clients’ needs across all implementation teams.
• The base salary range for this position is between $105,390 to $131,250, with eligibility for an annual bonus, and competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, wellness, 401(k) matching, unlimited PTO, work from anywhere, and generous parental leave.
