Job Summary

  • The First Ascent Youth Leadership Camp Counselor is responsible for leading a group of 8-10 high-school students through the annual CMC First Ascent Youth Leadership Program, leading opportunities and physical activities.
  • Staff Counselors will be responsible for organizing and managing their students, ensuring their security and safety, and meeting their individual needs.
  • Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to working effectively with students, employees, and community members of all backgrounds.
