Tasks include cleaning, lubricating, servicing a variety of devices, installing and modifying equipment, repairing building finishes, and responding to emergency situations.
The role requires the ability to use technology such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and building automation systems, and to maintain and operate fire and life safety systems.
