The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as mouth care, bathing, dressing, and maintaining hygiene.
The role requires adherence to established policies and procedures, and cooperation with facility personnel to ensure adequate nursing services.
