Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of facility operations and environmental services within our skilled nursing facility, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment.
Develop, implement, and maintain life safety programs, including emergency preparedness plans, fire safety systems, and disaster readiness, while ensuring ongoing compliance with CDPH regulations.
Supervise, train, and manage the housekeeping team, create staff schedules, and collaborate with administration and interdisciplinary teams to support facility goals.
