Job Summary
This role shall support the planning of how dental clinic (non-clinical) operations should be conducted in the future, which includes initiating, steering and management of transformational projects.
The incumbent will be part of a team to build system and workforce capability, conduct future scenario generation and solutioning, and manage projects related to mid to long term transformation in operations domain.
Work closely with IT and clinical stakeholders to ensure systems meet operational needs and facilitate user testing, training, and post-implementation support to drive adoption and efficiency.
