Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing people and vendors
  • Strong knowledge of Asset Life Cycle and budgeting
  • Technical training in plant engineering or maintenance
  • Proficient in CMMS and ERM software
  • Managed budgets for maintenance programs
  • Knowledgeable with operating forklifts, aerial man lifts, cranes
  • Strong knowledge of engineering concepts (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical)
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in management of EHS
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to initiate, plan and manage projects
  • Independent worker with minimal oversight
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle emergencies outside of normal working hours
  • Physical capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Knowledge of applicable building codes, NFPA, and NEC
