The Lead Infection Preventionist serves as a primary lead over one of the five areas for the infection prevention program: Accreditation, Laboratory, Education, Data/Quality or Procedural.
The Lead IP collaborates with teams and individuals to create infection prevention strategies, provide feedback, and sustain infection prevention strategies.
