Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HVAC systems operation and maintenance
Fault finding LV/ELV control systems
Permit to Work system operation
Building management systems experience
Emergency response and call out duties
Contractor management and supervision
IT literate with tablet usage
Nice-to-have
Thermographic understanding
Experience with modular UPS systems
Knowledge of CDM and electrical install projects
Continuous improvement culture experience
Experience with VAV and FCU systems
Knowledge of domestic and commercial LTHW systems
Experience with environmental monitoring
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience
Recognised Apprenticeship and L2 qualification
City & Guilds or equivalent engineering qualifications
