Key Requirements

  • Business Degree/Qualified Accountant or qualified by experience
  • Experience in leading and delivering significant change projects
  • Expert in problem solving and proven experience creating and implementing innovative solutions
  • Ability to analyse data and develop insights
  • Experience of implementing & maintenance of Quality Management System, specifically relating to ISO 9001
  • Well-developed stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of policies, rules and procedures applicable to Iberdrola Groups Finance Operations
  • Expert in problem solving and process design
  • Proven project management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable processes and policies
  • In-depth knowledge of Finance Operations systems and technology
  • Highly developed analytical skills
  • Highly developed stakeholder management and communication skills
