Key Requirements
At least two (2) years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
Active RN and APRN License in State of Oklahoma (if APRN)
Active PA license in State of Oklahoma (if PA)
Active Physician Assistant certification from the NCCPA (if PA)
Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) certification
