Key Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
  • Active RN and APRN License in State of Oklahoma (if APRN)
  • Active PA license in State of Oklahoma (if PA)
  • Active Physician Assistant certification from the NCCPA (if PA)
  • Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) certification
  • Prescriptive authority
  • Life safety certifications required
