Job Summary

  • This role supports Operations by determining appropriate control setups to meet Minimum Control Design Requirements in accordance with Control Standards.
  • The individual will work across Credit, Collections, or Recovery to ensure proper understanding of processes and document new or revised controls.
  • Team members are expected to have an ownership mindset to know when to escalate concerns regarding work or timelines to Issue Management.
