Job Summary
This role supports the development, transfer, and optimization of manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical or biotech products to ensure global health impact.
The successful candidate will assist in technical transfer activities from R&D to Manufacturing and contribute to process scale-up studies.
You will prepare and review essential GMP documentation including protocols, reports, change controls, deviations, and CAPAs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field
Basic knowledge of GMP-regulated environments
Experience with data analysis using Excel
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with JMP or Minitab software
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Clear technical communication abilities

0–2 years relevant experience in Manufacturing Sciences
