• Ensure proper operation of TC vessels and increase performance, following global standards and international regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external counterparties to ensure smooth management of ongoing operations, including pre- and post-fixture activities.

• Minimum 4 years of experience for Non-Seafarers
• Strong understanding of Charter party terms
• Knowledge of laytime and demurrage calculations
• P&L understanding and variance analysis
• Demonstrated experience with cargo operations
• Demonstrated experience with bunker operations
• English proficiency (written and verbal)
