Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, including processing employment documentation and coordinating payroll and employee benefit programs.
Plan, conduct, and document required drills, organize in-service education programs for staff, and maintain records as required by regulations.
Supervise staff, including taking or assisting with appropriate disciplinary measures, and provide direct resident/patient care while maintaining confidentiality.
