Job Summary

• The Mobile Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and periodic inspections across multiple properties.
• Key duties include cleaning roof drains, following an assigned route, completing lighting night inspections, and addressing carpentry and cosmetic building items.
