Job Summary

  • As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities for the assigned shift, including that all resources are assigned in a manner to meet or exceed safety, quality, customer service, and operation objectives.
  • Manage inventory related functions to achievement of goals for operational metrics, including shipping time, order fill rate, inventory location, and shipping accuracy.
  • Develop and manage a strong team, oversee training, coaching, and evaluation of all employees necessary to meet or exceed goals.
