Remote is seeking a Payroll Client Services Specialist Lead for the DACH region to manage payroll processes and client inquiries. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in payroll for Germany and/or Switzerland, along with strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Job Summary
The role involves serving as a specialist level support for all inquiries related to German and Swiss payroll runs while ensuring strict adherence to local compliance.
Candidates will work autonomously on customer escalations and collaborate seamlessly with Customer Experience and Payroll Operations teams to meet service level agreements.
This is a full-time position requiring availability from Saturday through Wednesday, including weekends, within a fully remote global team.
