Job Summary
Supports new parents in providing newborn care, offers physical assessments, addresses questions, identifies needs, and helps to identify and facilitate referrals to community services or resources.
Provides home visits in the determined catchment area and works in a multidisciplinary environment to schedule, visit, and support families.
Practices professional nursing and promotes patient advocacy in accordance with the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and maintains a current Ohio Nursing License.

Key Requirements
Associates degree in Nursing
Active Ohio RN license
BLS certification
Certified Lactation Educator or Consultant
Clinical experience with domestic violence, substance abuse, and/or depression
One year of experience in child/maternal health, social work, or related field
Experience working with diverse populations
Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance
