Job Summary
Develop and improve formulations for uPVC/CPVC/HDPE/PP pipe and fittings systems, identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
Support new product development from lab-scale validation to full-scale manufacturing, optimizing extrusion and molding processes.
Evaluate new raw materials, conduct testing as per BIS/ASTM/ISO standards, and participate in resolving field complaints through root cause analysis.
