Visionfund is seeking an Education in Emergencies Technical Advisor for their Emergency Response Roster, aimed at providing immediate support in humanitarian crises affecting vulnerable children. The role requires extensive experience in humanitarian responses and the ability to implement and oversee education programs in complex emergency settings.

Job Summary
Provide overall technical guidance in the design, implementation, representation and operational quality oversight of Education in Emergencies (EiE) programmes for the response.
Lead the development and timely revision of the country Strategy from an Education in Emergencies (EiE) perspective in line with the objectives of WV’s Response Strategy and the OCHA Humanitarian Response Plan (HRP).
Participate and when possible, lead relevant coordination mechanisms (e.g. Education Cluster or Working Group) and collaborate with other relevant groups (e.g. the Local Education Group) to improve the efficiency and quality of the EiE response.

Key Requirements
