Job Summary

• Deliver top-notch financial planning and controlling services by analyzing metrics, identifying trends and issues, communicating insights, and recommending actions to enhance financial performance.
• Serve as the primary subject-matter expert on controlling topics such as cost control, R&D controlling and take ownership for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Lead or contribute to operational improvement initiatives, including process standardization, automation of reporting steps, enhancing accuracy and timeliness of closing activities, and optimization of SAP master data or posting processes.

Key Requirements

• 5 – 8 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Financial Operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar
• Strong SAP HANA skills
• Strong expertise in ERP-based controlling processes
• Proven ability to independently handle complex tasks
• Experience guiding or reviewing the work of other finance professionals
• Excellent communication skills in English
