Job Summary

• This position will support SoFi’s in-house litigation counsel on litigation and arbitration efforts, including intake of new matters; placement of litigation holds; matter tracking; communications with SoFi’s external legal counsel; coordination with cross-functional teams on litigation matters; and, other litigation- and arbitration-related tasks as directed by the Senior Paralegal or in-house attorneys.
• The ideal candidate has experience working in a paralegal role with a demonstrated track record of supporting law firm and in-house litigation, has a knowledge of the litigation and arbitration processes, and is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable partnering with attorneys and cross-functional stakeholders on adversarial legal matters.
