  • Proficiency reading engineering drawings and GD&T
  • Hands-on experience with calibrated inspection equipment
  • Experience managing multi-site inspection teams

Nice-to-have

  • AS9100 and Quality Management Systems knowledge
  • Experience with MRB activities and NCR workflows
  • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
  • IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 electronics inspection certification
  • Familiarity with QMS, MES, ERP, and PLM platforms

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or equivalent
  • U.S. Person status required
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance
  • Strong working knowledge of AS9100
  • Experience writing and revising inspection work instructions
