  • Key responsibilities include developing and executing seasonal, scratch-driven menus, overseeing all back-of-house operations, recruiting and training a high-performing culinary team, and managing food and labor costs.
  • This role offers the opportunity to shape and lead a premier private club culinary program within a collaborative leadership environment and a multi-club platform.
