The EVP, Growth Operations is a senior strategic and operational leader responsible for strengthening, scaling, and modernizing the growth engine across all three North America Media brands.
Key Responsibilities include developing and operationalizing a cohesive transformation roadmap for NA Media growth, leading strategic programs, and managing shared NA growth resources.

Base: $206,000-$340,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for discretionary incentive compensation; Benefits: Medical, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, 401k, flexible paid time off, at least 15 paid holidays per year, paid sick and safe leave, and paid parental leave
