Job Summary

  • The Senior PM will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and/or residential building construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • The approximate $3B project scope includes design and construction of a new state-of-the-art facility with 1,040 beds for men, programmatic elements, and community facility space.

Key Requirements

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera, AutoCAD, Bluebeam)
  • PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
  • OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
