Must-have

soliciting and understanding the Client brief
monitoring construction activities for compliance
interpreting technical aspects of contract documents
site experience in interior design requirements
familiar with Architectural Engineering methodologies
interpreting and executing Architectural related drawings

Key Requirements
Minimum 15 years demonstrable experience
Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering / Interior Design Architect
High-Rise Residential and Commercial buildings experience
Middle East consulting industry experience
Proficient in AutoCAD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
