Job Summary

  • Reportando a la Dirección General de Faro Santander, la Fundación Santander busca un/a Director/a de Programas con ubicación en Santander cuyas principales funciones, entre otras, serán las siguientes: Dirigir la conceptualización, desarrollo y ejecución de los programas públicos, educativos y de arte y tecnología.
  • Elaborar el presupuesto de la dirección, estimar gastos e ingresos, y supervisar la ejecución. Dirigir y liderar al equipo de la dirección de programas, participando en la planificación y contratación de la plantilla, su formación, y la evaluación del rendimiento.
