Job Summary
As a Principal Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end design, maintenance, and operationalization of the Innovation Track within Workday’s Partner Program.
Key responsibilities include leading the design and rollout of the next-generation Innovation Track, including the buildout of Workday’s Agent Partner Network and consumption-based partner monetization models.

Salary
Primary Location Base Pay Range: $150,900 USD - $226,300 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $143,400 USD - $254,600 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.

7+ years of progressive work experience
3+ years of demonstrated experience building and managing partner programs
Experience designing, implementing, or managing consumption-based monetization models
Ability to define KPIs, analyze data, and translate performance metrics
Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com
