As a Tech Support Intern at Eskimi, you'll gain hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues across our advertising platforms while developing valuable skills in problem-solving, data analysis, and client communication.
You will manage support tickets efficiently, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and monitor, maintain, and help improve our AI support agents.
