Job Summary

  • Participates in developing and leading the strategy to integrate Process Excellence thinking into the culture of the organization.
  • Coaches/trains individuals and teams throughout the organization from front line associates to Senior Leadership Team in problem identification and resolution, using Process Excellence (Px) principles and tools while achieving sustainable positive results for the organization.
